L'AQUILA

L'Aquila is surrounded by the chains of the Sirente and Velino on the one hand and the chain of the Gran Sasso of Italy and the other from the mountains of Laga. It was originally located on the hill which had formed the border between the territory of Amiterno and Forcona.
